These snails are active creatures and a must for all reef tanks. They will eat macro algea and diatoms. These snails can right themselves if they fall over unlike some other species.
It is advised to add one snail for every 2 gallons of water.
These snails require to be acclimatised slowly over a period of hours using the drip method.
