Description
These snails are not all that commonly found for sale and should not be underestimated. They are small and can get it to the most awkward places in your rock work keeping it clean as they can eat serious amounts of algae. In particular they are great at consuming fine algae that coat your rock and glass, they will also consume Cyanobacteria and Diatoms. They are completely reef safe and also known to breed in captivity.
It is advised to add one snail for every 2 gallons of water.
These snails require to be acclimatised slowly over a period of hours using the drip method.
